Zealous Empowering Nurturer (ZEN) is a Charlotte-based nonprofit dedicated to addressing food insecurity and promoting health equity through community gardening, food access, and hands-on education. We empower underserved communities to grow their own food, build resilience, and learn to nourish their bodies through sustainable practices.
